As it stands Jasser still can't "wait to hear this news," which was told well over a month ago. Can't he simply give a little rant? Perhaps the blame lies in the controller of this entire operation, I don't seem to give them enough incentive to do anything. I am the starting motor for this (soon-to-be) big machine, so I'd better make good use of it.

News from Orlando - JACON:
Trip attendees included (first/nick names only): Emilio, Chanty, Jesus, Chris, AJ, Dre, Jorge, Josh, and Gyro.

People/Events:
We met Billy West, voice actor for Ren & Stimpy; (Nickelodeon version of) Doug: Doug Funnie & Roger Klotz; Futurama: Philip J. Fry, Professor Hubert Farnsworth, Dr. John Zoidberg, Zapp Brannigan, President Richard Nixon's head; BuzzBee (Honey Nut Cheerios); Red M&M; and many, many. many, many more voices. In the words of Dre (and pardon his language), we met Billy 'fuckin' West. He was a pleasant man and has lived a hell of a life, but overcomes obstacles. I've got a autograph that reads: "To the Sam-Nin Group [...] you eeediots"
I also got to meet three of the creators of Red vs. Blue: Geoff Fink - Pvt. Dexter Grif; Dan Godwin - Pvt. Franklin Delano Donut; Joel Heyman - Pvt. Michael J. Caboose. I've got original signatures of all three on DVDs 1, 2, 3, and 4 [yay]. They're great guys who welcome donations of beer and have done a great service to the development of machinima.

You can check the JACON website for more information and guests and events. Moving on, there was much spending from the group and much havoc. The weekend passed full of innuendos, gay jokes, and Gyro's providing a North Caroliner on I-95 and view of the moon.

We have returned from the convention with new ideas, motivation, and goodies. They say the hardest part is to get up enough momentum to get going till it takes on a life of its own. I figure it may be time to do a little less planning and a little more action. It may start costing me more money, but I'm hoping to revamp my schedule so I can focus some more on the group (we may be losing touch with our original mission).

This rant is longer enough and certainly more than informative, so I'll be giving in now. However, expect some more insights in the near future. Josh out.
