I get into the office and 'Boss-Man' hands me some paperwork and tells me to call the IRS; he also specifies why me, it's cause it'll take 'bout a half hour before I talk to anyone [yay]. This is in reference to a client we've got that's a foreigner and sold his [US property] house some time ago and awaits for the form [I think it was] 8288-B. Well, I spend some two-three hours getting transferred from one department to the next talking to everyone that has no idea what this form is or of its existence. In the end I speak to some 11 or 12 agents and connect to Philadelphia; no go, I didn't anything out of the call.
