 Josh <Review Old Rants> Post Date: 5/30/2006 7:49:10 PM Message: I've decided to make some changes on the backend of the site and though it won't be going down I don't want anyone to get their hopes up, I'm not making any "big" changes, just altering a couple of things on the backend. Something along the lines of what I did for memoirs, note the fact that the website is operational once again (yay). For those that still can't see the site operating correctly (or rather are getting that 'database connection' bit) it's 'cause the changes I've made have not propagated to your area (i.e. your computer, your ISP, or both of you are slow); everyone around the globe should see the site working again within three days tops. I'm working out a couple of kinks in my plan and making decisions that I've been trying to avoid for months (getting close to years) and now is the time to take action. So for all those visitors out there that come often or once in a while, don't be alarmed... the changes are completely intentional. This is Josh signing out... Then we ended it with an 80s ninja movie... Next mission is to streamline our editing process. I guess until then, this will remain. I suppose I'll offer up a bit of a more formal introduction. The newest member, in the four odd years since I added the ranting system and only individual to penetrate the original triad, Andres "Dre" Redondo. An artist of sorts, he has been associated with the group for years and has assisted in many inventions, as well as whine about not seeing any changes. Warm welcomes. We'll find out how often he really checks the site as I don't intend to tell him of this new account and await his request for access to his new account. -Josh |
